Based on what you told me I think you’re first focus is increase your retention / recare percentages with your existing patients.  That’ll comes from focusing on Skills and Systems that Suzanne & Eric train & teach.  Once you improve those solidly then you might look at your advertising and the internet for increasing new patient flow.  Also remember to change your 1-800-dentist listing to focus on your OFFER.
